Has no effect. Rexx supports 3 environment states: ACTIVE, ALTERNATE, and TRANSIENT.

Heh, I waited until the west coast here had a chance to get well past lunch to see if anyone might help Loyd, but I should've waited until _MUCH_ later...

Very glad you spoke up about REXX (and apparently with _knowledge_)... especially where EXECSQL is involved. I was wondering if anyone on the list had anything at all for this.

Now, I gotta wait 24 hours to see the answer...
