Have you researched/reported this JD Edwards issue to JDE tech support
at 800-289-2999? I bet that this issue has already been reported to
them and fixed quite awhile ago. If so, have you installed the SAR code
fixes associated with this problem?

Have you opened a trouble ticket with JDE at
https://www.peoplesoft.com/corp/en/login.jsp ?

Have you posted your question at www.jdelist.com, or researched its
archives? All of us JDE users go to jdelist.com frequently .

Have you posted your question to your colleagues at
http://www.questdirect.org/questdirect/ the user group site for JDE?

JDE uses lots of user spaces and user indexes for temporary data

within RPG

programs - for raw GL entry, inventory transactions, etc. In this
particular instance, a program tried to go beyond the 16 MB size limit

the user space and dumped. This is very troublesome, because this

technique

is pervasive throughout the JDE World Software product.

For example, any program that needs to create journal entries will

load

entries in the GL user space in QTEMP, then it will call the XT0911Z1
program to edit and process them.
