I would add this...While trouble shooting a problem with IBM Level 2
support, I asked the gentleman if there was a "Level 3" of support at IBM.
His reply was: "Let me put it this way: When you're talking to Level 2
support, you can hear the angels singing!"

IMO, I think you can often hear the angels singing on the
