Scott Klement's HTTPAPI sounds like a good choice to develop the i5/OS
side of web services.

Subject: iSeries Send To Windows Server
The web division where I'm working would like to do the following:
Use a CL or RPG program to send an HTTP request from the iSeries to a
service running on a Windows box.
They want to send data to a clearinghouse and receive a return response.
The iSeries at present uses ZMOD.
How would this be done without ZMOD?
