Wrap digits around the field name before doing a substring.

SUBSTRING(DIGITS(field),1,5)...

You do realize that
123456
12345678
123457
Will all appear as CORP 12345. But a plain 1234 will appear as a new CORP

If that's what you wanted then that's pretty cool.
