Email address not correct on CL call -- MIDRANGE-L

When I try to run this CL code:
OVRPRTF FILE(PRCSCPRP) DEV(PDFE) OUTQ(PDFE) +
HOLD(*NO) +
USRDFNDTA('wjmoore@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx')
CALL PGM(STOCK/PRCSCPDLY)

I get the following messages:
Email address is not specified correctly.
Address does not contain the '@' character.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
