Another thing that would be nice would be some parameter on CFGTCP option
12 to specify "primary" or "primaries" TCP/IP interface. That way, when
you change your primary you don't have to change a bunch of stuff
(CHGSMTPA if it was there, etc). Instead just change one value. All the
existing CHGipappA commands could support three values for interface:
*ALL, *PRIMARY, and multiple ip addresses for each interface to be used.

Some items may need to support more than one. Like telnet. One address
might be for the traditional interface. One might be reserved for the
backdoor we reserve for H/A type stuff.
