Sorry to be dense about it, but AFTER selecting option 1
on the initial screen, did you get to the second install
screen and pick option 2, or did you get the error before
you got to the second screen-- the one with 5 choices?

If that means the console display showed "Install
Licensed Internl Code" and you picked:
1. Install Licensed Internal Code
then got to the Install Licensed Internal Code (LIC)
screen that shows:

Yes, i selected Option 1, but then i get dumped to the
error message in my original post "Can't find a valid load
source".
