QSQSRVR is started by prestart job entries on the QSYSWRK subsystem.
DSPSBSD QSYSWRK
10. Prestart job entries
Program . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : QSQSRVR
Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : QSYS
User profile . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : QUSER
Job . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : QSQSRVR
Job description . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : QDFTSVR
Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : QGPL

DSPJOBD QGPL/QDFTSVR

But, however, how is this getting to QSQSRVR in the first place? Is this
a client/server application? Because if it was an interactive or batch
job then QSQSRVR really isn't in play here.
