Huge price increases, salesperson bait and switch, and poor support.
Yep, that is why we are in the process of moving to a competitor. I was wondering if someone was ever going to post about the increases. Don't get me wrong, I use to love TurnOver. But the relationship has soured and we are moving one. It is interesting how many employees from SoftLanding jumped ship and went to the competitor we are going to.

I do believe Mark left before the sale was complete. I could be wrong though. I do remember dealing with support right after he left and not getting anywhere. Mark was the MAN when it came to TurnOver and WDSC!!!

I think it was more of Paul S. (I think that was the founder's name?.?.) taking the money and running.
