We had quite an unpleasant surprise converting a System/3 to System/38 for a company whose name began with the letter Q. Almost every program and every file began with the letter Q. Wasn't the most fun I ever had. Keeping the dollar sign would have been better for me. Maybe not for those in Europe or Asia though! :-)
