In looking over the archives on the UPS connection to a 9406-520 I am
not clear if the cable used on older AS400's (ie: 9406-830) will work
on the 520.
On older AS400's we attached a cable from the UPS to connector J14.
On thge 520 the connector is a different sex and IBM specs call for an
1827 cable type.
Will the older cable work with a gender changer or is the pinout
different thus requiring a completely different cable?
