The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Good to hear - we are not a big player, either - at least, not huge!! - but we get the help we need from IBM, most of the time. You mentioned that IBM does not care about the small people - I find I can't completely agree with that statement - not sure the European status, but we can call direct, through PartnerWorld membership, to a small group of support people down the road here in Rochester, home of the iSeries.
I think it is better than you have seen - I'm not employed by IBM, but have had mostly good fortune there. There HAVE been cases where people did have problems, of course.
Good luck on this - I really hope IBM does not drop this ball.
