Apparently Trevor is unaware of the spam-like nature of the postings
by Eric. If having made such postings was projecting a billboard-like
progression, for example as one drives down a highway, it was lost on
me... until just now contemplating the possibility.
The comment given by Mike was obviously [I thought that too, I just
did not post to articulate my thought] in response to the receipt of
three effectively identical non-technical messages within ~5 minutes,
that preceded the one being responded to, by only ~30 minutes. So the
comment that "/We get it/ already", seems apropos.
If Eric feels the need broadcast non-technical messages, there are
other forums to do so; they need not land on Midrange-L.
And... Please, not every negative or conflicting comment should be
used as an excuse to entice, to embroil a dissenter with an AS/400
versus i5 debate.
