Configure TCP/IP properties
You may need to configure or change general TCP/IP properties, such as
host domain information, quality of service, servers, port restrictions,
and SOCKS, on your iSeries server.

To configure the TCP/IP properties, follow these steps:

In iSeries Navigator, select your server --> Network.
Right-click TCP/IP Configuration, and select Properties.
Some TCP/IP properties pertain specifically to either IPv4 or IPv6. See
these instructions for configuring IP specific properties:

IPv4 properties
To configure transport properties for IPv4, follow these steps:

In iSeries Navigator, select your server --> Network --> TCP/IP
Configuration.
Right-click IPv4, and select Properties.
IPv6 properties
To configure properties for IPv6, follow these steps:

In iSeries Navigator, select your server --> Network --> TCP/IP
Configuration.
Right-click IPv6, and select Properties.
