Re: ILE Debugger question

The use of %var IS described in the help for the command line in the green-screen debugger - just buried and not obvious. You hit F1 while cursor is on the command line, then tab to the "eval" section, then go to the bottom of that, to examples - for RPG. The first example mentions using %var if you have a variable with the same name as a debugger command. That does not apply here, 'user' is not such a command, but there you go - the impossible thing to find!

I have an RPGLE program that defines a field in the program called USER.
In a debug session, if I attempt to display the value of that field, I
get a syntax error.
I assume that this must be a reserved word in the debugger.
Is there any way I can see the value of this field?
