Nope, not possible.

There are a few third party products that would allow you to build
something like this, e.G.:

http://www.estos.com/produkte/metadirectory/index.htm

This could bring over the contact list into public folders or
something like that.

However, Outlook can use an LDAP Server to search for contacts.
