Let me add a little background. While I could execute
CHGCMD lib1/MYCMD PRDLIB(lib1)
CHGCMD lib2/MYCMD PRDLIB(lib2)
...
We have a situation here where people will gen new libraries by doing a
CRTDUPOBJ on the contents of an existing library. Just trying to make it
easier on them.
