It turns out that I was not authorized to the SSL128 directory and that was why I could not see the component in selective install.

I have a client that requires SSL Telent to connect to their system.
My i5 is running V5R3M0 and has the Client Encryption product installed.
I do not have an SSL option in my connection configuration, and can not
seem to locate the option using Selective Setup.
Does anyone know where this component is located and how to install it?
