The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Have you considered multiple screen or subfiles? A screen that has too
much on it isn't very useful either.

I spend a lot of time struggling to get a windows interface into 1024 x 768
that has fonts that aren't too small.
The outlook interface takes up lots of space, and it's leaves little room
to
actually do stuff.

What a GUI gives you that you cannot achieve with 5250 is screen real
estate. There is only so much you can do with an 80 or 132 column display.
A
GUI can be designed to be "keyboard friendly" -- that's up to the
programmer. There is nothing a programmer can do to get more than 3168
characters on a 5250 display.
