That's what I thought. BIND8 comes up a bunch when doing vuln scans
against a box. I was reading about EDNS0 (which looks to be helpful),
which doesn't seem to be available within BIND8.

I raised holy he!! with IBM about this back in 2005 when IBM's Managed
Security Services did some benevolent hacking on our system and suggested
we upgrade our Bind level and the i5/os team wouldn't budge. The last ptf
cover letter mentioning Bind happened around that time and was for V5R2.
They upgraded to a higher level of 8.

That's about all I can say for now...
