Seems the QDLS issue was resolved per:
; Error msgCPFA1C5 - Object is a read-only object
- Issued ATTRIB -R on the file via mapped drive, and now
able to delete the file without issue.
- Can correct attribute using ATTRIB command shipped with IFSTOOL
or use the CHGATR command
