Subject: Excel Add-In Disappearing

I have an annoying problem whereby the iSeries Access add-in for Excel
is disappearing. This is happening to me so I know that it is not
something that a user is doing out of the ordinary.

Yesterday I successfully transferred data from the System i5 to a
spreadsheet. This morning I tried to import to a new spreadsheet and,
even though the icon is still on the toolbar, clicking it did absolutely

no good. The 'iSeries Access Data Transfer' option was checked in the
Tools...Add-In... option box. I had to do the install of cwbtfxla.xll
once again, and it is working again.

My PC has not been re-booted since yesterday. I do keep 2-3
spreadsheets open at all times. Nothing perverse has, as far as I know,

happened to or been done on the PC.

Any ideas?
