Kronos also is in the process (if not completed) of creating an HTML based
iSeries Timekeeper version. looks promising also they have a version that
uses Seagull's JWalk product for GUI screens.

The client I am at right now just bought the Kronos package running on a
windows server. I don't think the people involved in the project were
aware they could have went to a System i version and perhaps don't even
know they own several System i's.

It's a shame.

I can tell you that the Kronos sales people do not like the System i. We
are evaluating our HR/PY systems right now and Kronos is pushing their
windoze product very hard.

I'm working to keep us on our System i solution that has worked well for
us for the last 8 years, but as others have said, the HR folks think

they

need the GUI interface instead of that darned old green screen.
