You know, there's some people that subscribe to the old theory of
manufacturing that if you're not driving a production machine at 90+%

then

you're not getting your money's worth out of it.

.. a CPU cycle is a terrible thing to waste... once it's gone it can never
be recovered...

However, we've upgraded when we consistently hovered around 40%.

Actually, our production box is getting upgraded sometime in the next few
weeks.
