Allow me to expand on the answer I gave you yesterday regarding spooled
reports hanging on a SND status to a Zebra printer. I think that it is
not the fault of Zebra.

At our site, this SND is not unique to our Zebra printers, but also
happens with our H-P laserjet printers and Canon copier/printers. Our
outqs are created this way and subsequently Bottomline's Create!form
modifies the outq.
