You can always take your screen capture into a graphics program like Paint Shop Pro - make it into gray-scale - then take the negative of it. Works great. White background, shades of gray for the colors.
Oh - both of those steps are menu items, very easy - can even make a little script to make it a one-click process.

Any chances there can be add-ons or some way to have color themes for the 5250 screen?
I'd love to be able to choose "Print theme" and have a reasonable combination of fonts and colors that would print out. Black ink is expensive and not easy on the eye when printed.
