Paul,

It's all in the packaging. I don't suppose they/you have the original
packing materials? We've shipped some similar systems (not iSeries but
zSeries servers) using either DHL or UPS + insurance *but* we had the
original packing! (one shipment was from NC to TX) The original packing is
excellent because it "suspends" the box in midair within the heavy carton
surrounded on all sides by molded Styrofoam.

If you don't have the original packing and you want to ship it I would have
someone that has access to proper packing materials for a sensitive piece of
equipment like that to pack it for you. You may regret it if you don't.
