V5R3 - CPYTOIMPF fails with Error 3029

Can someone help me fix this....I tried RCLRSC before
the cpytoimpf...still something is not right....i get
this error once in a while....o.s version is v5r3.
Failing command:
CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(QTEMP/XXXX)
TOSTMF('/DLP/PRD/A2057LI.txt') MBROPT(*REPLACE)
STMFCODPAG(*PCASCII)
RCDDLM(*CRLF) STRDLM(*NONE)


Error:
CPFA0D4 - File system error occurred. Error number
3029.
