This would be the symptom if the activity of getting to the new
system had the QINTER from install versus backup/save21 media. That is,
if the system came pre-installed [or was installed from CDs or catalog]
such that the "we installed/migrated" was actually a /data migration/
path, then the customizations to the object QSYS/QINTER *SBSD were never
restored. As alluded by others, those customizations would have had to
exist on the prior system, for it to have not exhibited the same symptoms.
