I believe DSPOBJD can show you the date of last change, date of last use, and number of 'touches' to each object on the system. You can reset the base date for the 'touches' count (ie it's actually the 'number of touches since the base date').

This won't give you I-U-D info, but the number of touches may be enough for your purposes.
