Add only the export command for the scheduled submit, such that the
request runs with a user profile that is properly configured to use the
desired CCSID; i.e. specify a user profile name which has CHGUSRPRF
USER(named) CCSID(37). For example:

CMD(CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(EIQRY01/ITEMMASTER)
