All locations are a port speed of 512 with a CIR of 256. At the head end is
a full T1.

What type of connection do you have the corporate head quarters? Are
you running QOS? What are the various PVC speeds at the corporate head
and the port/PVC's at each remote location? Looks at the routers at
each location to see what type of errors you are getting on the routers.
