Subject: Re: HP 2015dn printing

I would create a devd for that printer. It would appear from the tech docs
that it can handle that sort of thing.

With a devd, you have a great deal more control.

Is there a reason you are using LPD and not devd ?

I searched the archives and came up with nothing.

I am trying to print a *AFPDS spool file to an HP2015dn printer
attached via ethernet and using a remote outq (LPD). I have HPT on
using an *HP5SI. I get overprinting and it appears the fonts don't print
correctly.

The same spool file prints fine to an older HP5 using HPT.

Most other spool files created as *SCS print fine. Anyone have any
tips or idea how to print to this printer with *APFDS data?
