A firewall is your best bet. Otherwise you have to start farting around
with exit points on each point of access.
Then again, how hard is it for that clown to change their IP address and
try again?
Like, if he was currently 10.10.1.5. He could start pinging 10.10.1.6,
10.10.1.7, etc until he finds an open one, switch to that and try again.
And, if he's coming in via DHCP you're in for all sorts of fun. DHCP
randomly assigns him an address from a range at ?boot? time.
