Query/400 or QM would work just fine.  In my simple example. I am just 
wondering about embedded SQL being used to print the contents of a file. 
Perhaps it would not be the correct tool to use.  Thanks.

What do you want the program to do?  I mean, why not just write a QM 
query or an OS400 query?
