For customers who have QU1 and upgrade to QU2, then you get 90 days free,
and have to purchase it after that.

If you purchase QU2 (you never had Qu1), then you get 1 year of free SWMA
for QU2.

That is my understanding and how we are explaining this to our customers.

Lemme get this straight: if you currently have QU1, QU2 is not really an
upgrade to QU1, it's an additional product for which IBM will waive the
initial fee but will still cost you a separate SWMA (and that kicks in after
90 days).

Is that about right?

Joe
