OK, found the solutiuon:
We had to remove the SMTP List Entries for the old ip
address and add them back with the new IP address
RMVSMTPLE TYPE(*SVRBIND) INTNETADR('192.168.1.50')
ADDSMTPLE TYPE(*SVRBIND) INTNETADR('192.168.2.50')
RMVSMTPLE TYPE(*CLTBIND) INTNETADR('192.168.1.50')
ADDSMTPLE TYPE(*CLTBIND) INTNETADR('192.168.2.50')

I've changed the IP address on one somewhat disposable box. Now I've got
several more to go. Can y'all check this out and see if I've missed
anything?
