I've pretty much stayed out of this conversation, but now Trevor you're
going out of your way to pull me into it. You're equating PSC/400 with
"moldy", and as usual when you blow smoke like this, you're just way out of
your league.

As it turns out, since PSC/400 works in a browser it happens to work quite
well with non-traditional reader devices such as handheld scanners. The
reason it works so well is that there are a wide variety of such devices
(scanners, RFID readers, and so on) that communicate via HTTP.

This is not "moldy", it's "correct". Data is read/scanned/spoken or keyed
and then transmitted via perhaps the most widely used protocol in the
industry. Simple, efficient, elegant. That's why so many device vendors
support a browser interface.

Anyway, I don't know why you decided to drag me into this, unless it was
simply to get a rise out of me by making snide remarks about my products.
Please do me a favor and quit referencing me or my products in any of your
comments. We'll all be the better for it.
