Take a look at the spool utility (TSPLPRD) from Rodney Johnson of IBM.
It's been a lifesaver for me.
I've had issues with it when printing VERY large spool files (10,000
pages of W2's) but get around it by printing ranges.
I found this link http://www.itjungle.com/fhg/fhg022305-story03.htmlalbertyork@xxxxxxxxx 09/07/2007 2:04:11 PM >>>
which reccoments using XAIX as the destination option.
I am still waiting to see if it makes any difference.

Unless something has changed, I do not believe that the copies value
to remote output queue. But, it is if a *DEVD is used.mailing list

Quoting Albert York <albertyork@xxxxxxxxx>:
We have an HP Laserjet printer (J7949E) which will not print
multiple copies. No matter ho wmany copies are specified in the
output queueu it will only print one copy.
Is there are way to get this to work?
Thanks,
Albert

Is this connected as a remote output queue or via a *DEVD?
