The quick and easy (lazy?) method - why not create a *PGM named AAAAAAAAAA,
with whatever text you want (as long as there isn't a REAL program of that
name).
I'm curious, what are you trying to accomplish?

Is there any sort of object that can be easily created in a library,
that goes into the PDM work-with-objects screen BEFORE *PGMs?

I'd like to create an object that would be meaningless in itself, but
would show up at the top of the PDM object list, carrying a warning
message as its object text.
