Alan,

I do not use Query/400 at the moment, butIIRC you can use the column number
instead.

So if the result set is: Ordernumber, Client number, Item number

And you want client number in the header refer to it as &2 (it is the
second column in the result set).

I have a table I have built that has a field in it defined as StartDate
8/0.

I am using WRKQRY to generate a report but I want the Start Date from the
record to appear in the page header.

Now I know in STRQM I can do this but in STRQM I cannot get a sum and
count on one field.

Is there is way to get a field that is in the incoming table to print in
the Header of the report.

I tried just putting &STARTDATE but that does nothing.

Anybody got any ideas? I hate using WRKQRY but I can't get STRQM to do
what I want unless someone has an idea how to get STRQM to both put out
a sum and a count on a single field.
