Opryland and my rent-a-suite are both in Davidson County. We were just informed that a new tax was passed and the motel tax was increased from 5% to 6% (which goes away after 30 days), plus they added a $2.00 per day tax (which never expires). My cost of living just went up $14 per week. It's not the fault of the rent-a-suite... they must collect this tax.
