If the Windows user name does not match a user profile name, the user
is prompted for user name and password.  Not simple, but two choices
are syncronize passwords, or rename either Win or i5 user name.

Are you a Lotus Notes users?  Try Domino for AS/400 Single Logon to
keep Win, Dom and i5 passwords in sync.
