We are having problems with FTP scripts when the length of the command is longer than 80 characters, and I haven't yet found any documentation on limitiations for batch FTP. Is there a way to continue an FTP command onto another line?

Steve

Are you able to use a longer record length for your source file? All
our FTP script files have a SRCDTA length of 120 (record is 132). SEA
supports up to 240 (can't remember if that's SRCDTA or record length).
In *nix systems you can use a \ (backslash) to indicate the command
goes over a line - but I've not tried that with FTP.
