AW: Converting zoned field to a TIME value in SQL
Hi,
You first have to convert your numeric time into a valid character
representation of a time and then either use the scalar function TIME or
CAST to convert the character representation into a real time:
Select Cast(Substr(Digits(MyNumTime), 1, 2) concat '.' concat
Substr(Digits(MyNumTime), 3, 2) concat '.' concat
Substr(Digits(MyNumTime), 5, 2) as Time) as MyTime
From MyTable
Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards

Betreff: Converting zoned field to a TIME value in SQL
I have reviewed the archives but could not really find an answer.
How do I convert a zoned (6,0) field to a TIME value using SQL? I want to
do this in a view.
Thanks for your help.
