Good question Guy. I just did a one year SWMA, mostly so I could go to
V5R4, but whether or not it was worth the roughly $1K or so, I dunno. In my
case, I guess so for this year, but I'm not sure I'll do it again next year.


I can count on two hands the number of times in 20 years I have called IBM
for software support.
