I am sending him the attachment with SNDDST as a test
So I am not sure what the actual content type is.

Probably use something more up to date once I see that it
works to his phone.

The PDF file opens fine on my PC

How are you generating the email?

Are you setting the content type on the attachment when it
is generated?
