Well pretty much everything but a SAVSYS can be saved to SAVFs then
FTPed to another machine. If you can't do a load source migration,
you'd have to install V5R4 from scratch and possibly re-do any OS
tweaks. Then FTP the save files back & restore them. It'll be a hassle
(only 1 lib/savf) but it should be doable. Anything you have in QSYS or
the QIBM IFS dir would have to be handled carefully to avoid overwriting
IBM stuff.

Or upgrade to a 5xx and do a SAVRST with the 2 boxes connected.
