RE: When do new QPADEV* devices get created

Varied Off is not normal. Vary them back on and they'll start waiting
for new sessions. They can get varied off for a variety of reasons, but
the most common I've seen is from users mistyping passwords,
simultaneously disabling their profile and varying off the device.

I have a strange occurrence that just started today with my QPADEV*
devices. Though I have plenty of devices available for use (that have
auto-configed
themselves over the years), I have new QPADEV* devices being created
today.
